We support your quest to improve and sustain wellness using our Cybex equipment, dumbbells, power plate, treadmills, recumbent and upright bikes, personal training and group classes. All designed to help active adults achieve their wellness goals.
Our rehabilitation and therapy teams are devoted to those 55 and over, and understand their concerns, physical issues and mindset. We believe in helping adults stay active, and strive to support each individual’s goals and vision of wellness. Whether you are receiving aquatic, physical, occupational or speech/language therapy, you will be treated by one of our professional and considerate licensed therapists.
