Cindy Luebke has spent 38 years in the health and fitness industry, and has been the director of the Wellness Center since 2013. Cindy manages the Wellness Center, teaches classes and promotes friendships and a community vibe in the Wellness Center every day.
She is certified as an instructor for group exercise, SilverSneakers, personal training, aqua fitness, arthritis, Tai Chi, Ai Chi and Functional Aging Specialist. She has two degrees from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, in Physical Education and Nutritional Education. The Wellness Center is focused on membership satisfaction and membership retention, advancing the message of health and fitness for active adults 55 and older, and being a caring community for members and staff. She has built a strong, diverse team who she regards as friends and champions for all Wellness Center clients.
Cindy’s passion is for fitness; she enjoys the outdoors, kayaking, hiking 13ers and 14ers on the weekends, and works as a safety kayaker for local triathlons. Her goal is to inspire people to move more and achieve a higher level of fitness with a big element of FUN!
Zachary Horan, a Colorado native, was an athlete throughout his childhood and played college football at the University of Nebraska Kearney while studying Elementary Physical Education.
After facing several injuries, he turned to restorative yoga, shifting his focus from teaching in the classroom to guiding others in movement practices.
With 8 years of experience as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and movement specialist, Zachary has worked with athletes of all levels and older adults seeking to maintain functional mobility. His goal is to help individuals live pain-free and balanced lives, one step and breath at a time.
April Yeros and been our front desk coordinator at Wellness Center for the past 6 years. She worked for the airline industry for 28years. She is an outdoor enthusiast and hikes and mountain bikes every weekend.
She has done many extreme outdoor adventures to Patagonia, Yosemite, and hiked many 14eers in Colorado. She is dedicated to fitness and loves helping our members at the Wellness Center.
